Welcome to our site. Oddity, Inc. and/or its affiliates provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at any Oddity, Inc. site or an Oddity, Inc. affiliate site, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Oddity, Inc. service or business (e.g., Your Profile, Gift Certificates, etc.) you also will be subject to the guidelines, policies, terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business.
RETURN POLICY
30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange. We give you 30 days from the shipping date.
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 30-day guarantee period. Please follow the return instructions listed below. All returned items be in the original packaging complete and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card and or Pay Pal returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Should you decide to return your shipment, please follow these steps and pack your return carefully to prevent damage in shipment. To ensure proper credit, please follow all steps carefully:

. Provide order information. Include in your return shipment your original order number, a list of the item number(s) and quantity of each item and the reason for the return.

. Repack and insure the return shipment. You are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches us. To protect your return, please repack items carefully and insure the full value of your purchase.
. Keep your tracking number. In shipping your return, please use a service such as UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service that provides package tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost in the mail.
. Handle your items carefully. If the returned items show signs of wear or abuse, the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

PRIVACY POLICY
At Oddity, Inc., we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and users of our web sites (the "Site") . DISPUTES
