Oddity, Inc. is teaming with Habilitations/Avenues to package Warming Scents Terra products, Botanicals and paint our new wooden holders.

Avenues is an outstanding organization in our area that trains, teaches and employees those with disabilities. Avenues is committed to changing the lives of individuals who have physical and or acquired disabilities. Their mission statement is to provide innovative services to empower individuals to attain their highest quality of life by encouraging risks for success!

According to Terry, a production manager for Avenues, “Our employees love to work with Oddity products because they are pretty and smell nice.” Terry is a 20 year veteran of Avenues and explained that she enjoys helping those with disabilities. “I like to see their smiles and the glow on their faces while they work,” she said.

Oddity is one of many company’s in the surrounding area that hires Avenues to accomplish a variety of tasks. “All our employees love to do the jobs they are given, especially when they are learning something new and keeping busy,” explained Liz one of the floor supervisors. “They love their work environment. It’s like a family,” she said.

“It’s a win, win relationship, said Oddity President, Scott Williams. “The great team at Avenues is helping us get our projects ready to ship to our customers and at the same time, we are helping some very special people improve their quality of life.”
